The Aquarius was the first major offstring yo-yo from YoYoJam. (Although the YoYoJam OS1 was their first offstring yo-yo, it was very limited and not for the general player population.) Designed as a signature model for Hironori Mii, it was discontinued in 2002 and replaced by the YoYoJam Free Agent. This new model however, wasn't as well received and had problem in the hands of players, so the Aquarius was re-introduced in 2004. Today the Aquarius is one of the most popular offstring yo-yos, together with the Duncan Flying Panda. The longest shoot the moon is hold by Dave Schulte with Aquarius.

The Aqua is a great yoyo. I use it for 4A allot. It is very durrable and has good rubber so bounce tricks are fun to do. Since they have a thin gap, they are great for regens. I would highly recomend getting one!
