Matt Carter

Matt Carter, better known as Scarecrow, was a yo-yo modder and artist active in the 1990s. He ran a website for yo-yo art, and designed yo-yos for Playmaxx, and the Celtic and Quatle Tom Kuhn Mandalas. The craft board on Dave's Skill Toys is still named for him.
