Noel Popham

Noel Popham was an integral figure in the Hawaii yo-yo seen who was relatively unknown outside of there. He was born in the Philippines in 1971 and would win his first contest there at the age of 13.
After moving to Hawaii, he became a founding member of Team High Performance and taught yo-yoing to many future champions. Noel also toured with the team to many countries including Japan and Singapore. He also predates Johnnie Delvalle as a yo-yoer who also practiced bodybuilding.
Noel is not currently involved in the yo-yo scene.
