Joe Mitchell is the promoter of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Yo-Yo Contest in Wilmington, Delaware. He brought yo-yo's and a weekly yo-yo club meeting to Mitchell's Trains, Toys & Hobbies - his family's retail store also in Wilmington Delaware. He also hosts YoYoRadio, the world's first yo-yo internet radio show. He was the President of the AYYA from 2002-2004. His newest venture is YoYo Joe's Toys & Fun, a retail store that will open in November of 2008 in Wilmington, Delaware. He considers himself to be a curiously mediocre yo-yoer.
