The Harvey Lowe Lifetime Achievement Award, named after AYYA Hall-of-Famer Harvey Lowe, is presented each year at the World Yo-Yo Contest in Orlando, Florida, to an individual who has contributed greatly to the pursuit and enjoyment of yo-yoing throughout their lifetime.
