HICOO

HICOO is a Chinese manufacture founded in 2006 by a yo-yo lover named Black Cement, partner with Lucifer Chen. HICOO produced number of stylish high-end aluminum yo-yo, including West Uranium, the first Chinese aluminum yo-yo ever created. Most products had been sold in Mainland China.
The manufactuer name "HICOO" does not stand for anything, just a random symbol found by Black Cement.
