The Duncan Ballistic is a ball-bearing yo-yo featuring removable, clear removable plastic caps. The Ballistic also has weight adjustment, allowing you to insert steel balls under the side caps to control where the yo-yo is weighted. You can put the balls either in the center, near the rim, or no weights at all.

At some point before 2006, the molds for this yo-yo were changed. The original Ballistics had a smaller gap and used a starburst design for response. The newer one has a wider gap, doesn't have a starburst design, and uses friction stickers for response.

Some AA yo-yoers use the original Ballistic, but the new mold is not suited well for looping.
