There are many yo-yoers out there and the yo-yo wiki does not aim to have an article on everyone. People who have articles on them should be one of the following:

• Accomplished yo-yoers (who have won a national contest or better)
• Inventors of popular tricks
• Store owners
• Manufacturers
• Webmasters of prominent yo-yo sites
