Carlo Menon

Carlo Alberto Menon is an Italian yo-yoer and the founder of Oxygene, the company that produces the Oxy line of yo-yos. A lot of people in the yo-yo community believe that the Oxy line of yo-yos are the highest quality yo-yos.
