Braintwister

The Braintwister is one of the simplest string tricks.

From an undermount (aka Front Mount), pull the loop on your left finger so that it becomes slightly longer than the string that runs from your right hand to the yo-yo, being careful not to let the yo-yo slip off the loop.
Now pull back your right hand and move forward your left, pushing the two loop strings towards you ...
swinging the yo-yo towards you ...
... and up and over to the front. Your two hands basically circle once around each other.
This rotation can be repeated several times. When you are finished, let the yo-yo swing back down ...
... and down ...
... into the front mount.
[edit] Alternate Mount
If you have not yet mastered the Front Mount, you can also use this simple but effective mount. If done with the right swing it can look quite impressive. Since it is hard to start this directly from the throw, just throw a sleeper and then let the yo-yo swing forward a bit. While it is still swinging away from you, press your left index finger forward into the string while pulling down with your right hand (left), pulling the yo-yo up and swinging it into the string (center). Bring your right hand up in front and you are ready to start (right).
