Billy Wilhelm also known as Gossamer and IV is a graphic artist that has worked through Deviantart, Flickr and TheYo in favor of both the yo-yoing community and his own personal goals. He has been involved with creating wallpapers, ads for the yo-yoing community as well as signatures for various yo-yo forum members. He has also worked with MadHouse to create the art on the side of the Unknown.
